HIKMA AI is built on the principle that operational intelligence and personal privacy are not in tension. This policy describes the limited information we collect when you visit hikma-ai.com or request a demo, why we collect it, where it lives, and the rights you have over it under Saudi PDPL, GDPR, and other applicable data-protection laws.

Information we collect

We collect information in only two situations.

When you submit our demo request form. The form asks for your first name, last name, work email address, organisation, and professional role. These fields are required so we can respond to your request and tailor our follow-up to your context. We do not ask for clinical, financial, or sensitive personal information.

When you simply browse the site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs that include the IP address of your browser, the page you requested, and the date and time. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting tools on hikma-ai.com.

How we use your information

Demo request information is used solely to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and stay in touch about your interest in HIKMA. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Server logs are used by Netlify to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues. They are kept for the period defined in Netlify's own privacy policy.

Where your data lives

HIKMA AI relies on two third-party processors to operate the website. Both are bound by their own publicly available privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep your information

We retain demo request information for as long as is needed to maintain a meaningful business conversation, and for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which we delete or anonymise the record. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar frameworks, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request the deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your information.
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave us.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

International data transfers

Because we use Netlify (United States) for website hosting, demo request information leaves the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the course of being captured. We rely on the standard contractual safeguards offered by our processors and do not transfer your information to any party outside this stated chain.

Cookies and tracking

HIKMA AI does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The website may set short-lived technical cookies required by Netlify to operate forms securely. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or social-media pixels.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Our internal systems are protected by Microsoft 365 enterprise security controls. Detailed information about our compliance posture is available on our compliance section.

Children

HIKMA AI is a business-to-business platform for hospital operations. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
